Public bug reported:

Ubuntu Laptop shutdowns while web browsing in 6 or 7 sites at a time.

Gateway NE56R laptop is in power-save mode.

Instead of allowing shutdowns it should notify to close down some tabs
or process if it cannot handle many process or heat (ie. when it exceeds
allowed limits).
