Bluetooth Built-in HP 650 does not work in Ubuntu 14.10.

Bug description:
When I purchased the HP 650 Laptop, 12.04LTS have installed Ubuntu,
built-in Bluetooth function and F12 light was white. I made updates to
12.10 to 14.10. Since then, bluetooth built fails, the F12 LED is
orange. USB works.
