  In this notebook i cannot regulate brightness by hotkeys and by ''System  
settings'' menu by default.
  Parameter:
  GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="acpi=off"
  shut down WiFi and modem.
  Parameter:
  GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi_osi=Linux acpi_backlight=vendor"
  works (but monitor doesn't display a pop-up message with scale).
