I recently purchased a Dell XPS 13 and installed 16.10 on it. I'm experiencing the same issue where I must restart my wifi service after the computer sleeps. I'll be upgrading to 17.04 as soon as it's released and will let you know if the issue still exists.

I've tried to ping a known IP and it works ok though. My normal solution is to restart the network totally (haven't found a smaller way to fix the skewed DNS server locally): sudo systemctl restart network-manager.service Not sure if I should report this on other package related to the DNS systemd resolve?
