I was doing too many things when this error occured, so I'm not able to
report accurately. This happened just once for me on otherwise stable
system.

Kubuntu Zesty
Linux peltan 4.10.0-14-generic #16-Ubuntu SMP Fri Mar 17 15:19:26 UTC 2017
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
firefox/zesty-updates,zesty-security,now 52.0.1+build2-0ubuntu1 amd64

I remember to run ~10 applications; in Firefox, i clicked on a link to
PDF, opening a PDF js viewer, then i closed the tab, then reopened the
tab again and before the PDF loaded up back, i clicked on Back button.
At that moment, Firefox freezed up. I switched to other applications,
they worked normally, including HDD access. An exception: in terminal,
`htop` was not able to load. I looked into dmesg output and found what
is pasted below. After some time (1-2 minutes), all the applications
started freezing up, probably when requesting hard disk I/O. No other
option that hard-reboot the computer.

Please tell me what other gatherable information shall i append.
