Title:
cannot set freq 16000 to exp 0x86-: Boot Failure due to logitech
  Quickcam

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete
Status in openSUSE:
  Invalid

Bug description:
This I think is a carry over from quite a while back but prevents Lucid from
booting about every other time you try.
The error is also present in Karmic 9.10 but does not prevent the system from
booting..

cannot set freq 16000 to exp 0x86

This seems to be directly related to my Logitech Quickcam camera.
