Cypress PS/2 Trackpad not working

Bug description:
I installed Ubuntu 17.04 on my laptop and found the trackpad is not
working. I can make it work after running commands below. But it won`t
work after reboot, I have to run the commands again to make it work.
The two-finger scrolling is not working also, even with commands
below. Any fix to this issue?
