Public bug reported:

I have my computer set to when I close my lid it suspends the system.
When opening the lid after a suspend, my bluetooth mouse does not work.
I need to cycle through the Connection, by turning it to off and then
back to on. This refreshes the mouse and it then works.

Is there a way for this cycle to happen after a suspend automatically so
that users with bluetooth mice dont have to manually cycle through the
connection.
