I am trying to install the official ubuntu 17.10-desktop-amd64.iso downloaded Dec 13th 2017 sha256 = aaf4ba1809e08f6108f1e410174ebcbd49af5cc4f6493ab3d98d0683289bbc6e shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS 2>&1 | grep OK ubuntu-17.10-desktop-amd64.iso: OK so far, I have not been able to successfully boot either from live cd usb trial or with the install.
