Yes, that's the picture that shows up with 100% as well (although I'm
connected to electricity, the battery just shows as it was full).

When the battery is not full, the icon is shown properly, I guess that
image was from some past kernel I had.

Bug description:
  I've just installed Ubuntu 16.04.1 in dualboot on top of an Asus
  UX360UA, alongside with Windows 10. I've already installed the updates
  meanwhile.

  When I start charging my computer the battery icon on the unity-panel
  is not changing (it stays in the 98% complete).

  This is strange because this is a fresh installation so I didn't change any 
configuration yet. Also, when I tried this ubuntu in the live pen, I noticed 
that the icon changed when I started charging the laptop. That's why I think it 
is a bug.
