Title:
upgraded from 13.04 to 13.10, network is disabled after suspend

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Every time after I resume from suspend, the network is disabled. It
means I can't re-enable it from the network indicator.

I found a workaround, I can use it until somebody will fix this issue.

  sudo nmcli nm sleep false

  Thanks, with Regards
  Viktor
