OS: Ubuntu 16.10 release
Kernel: 4.8.0-27-generic
Details:
1. Open Bluetooth Setting UI: set Bluetooth and Visble ON
2. Open Bluetooth on Phone and Pair with Host
3. On Bluetooth Setting UI, send a file from the host to the paired Phone and
there is no response on the two devices.
4. Ubuntu 16.04 doesn't have such issue
