Bug description:
This is a feature for capi flash (cxlflash) inside the kernel.

We have upstreamed the below 38 patches but they are not in the
maintainers tree yet. I anticipate them to be available by Friday this
week. I dont want to miss the boat for 18.04 feature code cutoff. Can
you please suggest if I should submit these patches as SAUCE patches
or can it be pulled from mainstream once maintainer pulls it in ?
