[18.04] [bug] CFL-S(CNP)/CNL GPIO testing failed

User won't be able to use GPIO if the driver is not built-in.
It has been tested that GPIO will work when the driver is built-in.
Only systems with those ACPI devices should be potentially affected.

The gpio fail, the content of file 'value' would not be changed to the value
I had written.
