[Test] With the patch, the power consumption decreases 0.5W. The tested machine doesn't need the quirk to make btusb work. [Fix] Update the btusb reset-resume quirk with a DMI based version, which can be more specific. [Regression Potential] Low. Everthing is in mainline, and I haven't seen any new report about this issue for some time.
