The bcache message is *NOT* a failure in the kernel;
That message is emitted when a bcache device is reregistered, the
kernel will emit the changed event to ensure
that udev will create /dev/bcache/by-{uuid, label} links.
There may be some other issue preventing shutting down, but it's
unrelated to those bcache messages.
