Bluetooth doesn't work on 4.5.0-22.24 on my laptop.  The bug does seem
specific to certain adaptors.

Bug description:
  I've installed the Ubuntu Bionic Beta 2 and everything works fine but
  the bluetooth (perfectly working with Xenial). In bluetooth control
  panel the slider is impossible to move to "on".
