[i965gm] lost use of mouse on resume

Status in X.Org X server:
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: xorg

64bit karmic, I just resumed from suspend and I can use the keyboard
fine, and move the mouse, but motion events and button events are not
getting to X applications (confirmed with xev and a lack of window
focus following the apparently moving pointer).
