Title:
  Ubuntu freeze while trying to connect wifi.

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hey, when i  try to connect to some wifis i get as an answer from the system 
a screen freeze and a keyboard freeze.
  So i basically can only shutdown the system when this happens.

  I'm using mainline Kernel 4.17.3 !

  Ubuntu 17.10 - 18.04 versions affected.
