  blank dvd doesn't show up in nautilus

Bug description:
  I insert a blank DVD+R into the DVD drive and the CD/DVD drive
  disappears from the Computer view in Nautilus and the blank DVD+R
  doesn't show up on the desktop.  In Beta 1 it did.
