Title:
Wireless fails on all kernel updates since 4.13.0-45

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I did some research and this seems to be the result of missing headers
in the kernel patch. I found some references to steps to force a full
kernel build but I wasn't able to get the steps to work. I've locked
the 4.13.0-45 kernel hoping a future patch will correct the issue.
