Bug description:
  ===SRU Justification===
  [Impact]
  AMD Raven Ridge's audio controller doesn't get runtime suspended. It consumes
unnecessary power.

  [Test]
  With the patch, it can get runtime suspended and save ~1W for the system.
  It can also get runtime resumed correctly when doing audio input/output.

  [Fix]
  Add AZX_DCAPS_PM_RUNTIME flag to let sound subsystem know it supports runtime
PM.

  [Regression Potential]
  Low. This change limits to Raven Ridge's audio controller.
