Linux 4.8.0-27-generic Eclipse fail

Bug description:
ubuntu-16.10
After updating system, on each launching of Eclipse, system
freezed and i have one way - reboot PC.
Mouse, keyboord no workin, clock stoped ect.
When i booting using Linux 4.8.0-26-generic it OK.
