Public bug reported:

I upgraded my laptop (Dell XPS 13, older version) to 18.04. Now the
touchpad doesn't work, unless I hit it very hard. How do I increase the
sensitivity of the touchpad so I can use it like I've always done? It
always worked well, until the upgrade.

** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Incomplete

** Tags: dist-upgrade touch
