Title: Update btusb reset-resume quirk to decrease power usage Status in HWE Next: Fix Released Status in linux-oem package in Ubuntu: Invalid Status in linux-oem source package in Xenial: Fix Released Bug description: [Impact] USB reset-resume quirk prevents the device from runtime suspending, which increases power usage. [Test] With the patch, the power consumption decreases 0.5W. The tested machine doesn't need the quirk to make btusb work. [Fix] Update the btusb reset-resume quirk with a DMI based version, which can be more specific. [Regression Potential] Low. Everthing is in mainline, and I haven't seen any new report about this issue for some time.
