Bug description:
  [Impact]
On HiSilicon ARM server systems, there is a potential for corruption when
multiple CPUs are accessing the same controller.

  [Test Case]
I don't have a reproducer for the failure, so will be regression tested only
on D05 and D06 platforms.

  [Fix]
  commit 1c09b663168bb5fd8562234976b76115f2aebe91
  Author: Xiaofei Tan <tanxiao...@huawei.com>
  Date: Wed Jul 18 22:14:32 2018 +0800

scsi: hisi_sas: add memory barrier in task delivery function

  [Regression Risk]
The biggest regression risk I see would be a performance impact. But correct
data is better than fast data :)
