Title:
Thermald 1.8 does not install default config

Status in thermald package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
I created a backport of the 1.8 package for Ubuntu Cosmic. After
installing it, I noted that it does not install a default config file,
  so it renders and error:

I suggest to install a default configuration on /etc/thermald/thermal-conf.xml
