I am getting this exactly same error on HP Elitebook 8540p / Ubuntu
13.10, often multiple times per boot. I don't even use suspend - it
happens on a regular startup.

Should i change the description to be more generic? Do you require more
info?

$ sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date
