Also, if I'm not mistaken, this same Asus Laptop had Linux Mint 18
installed, and with some effort of installing blueman it was possible to
connect a wireless bluetooth mouse. But I'm still unsure if that was the
same laptop. That's why I contacted the Asus support and provided Laptop
Serial number just to make sure.

  I have just installed latest Ubuntu 19.04 operating system and Bluetooth 
seems to be not enabled.  
  I think that it needs additional drivers, but unsure.
