Bug description:
It looks like this CONFIG_BINFMT_AOUT was set to m previously:
  ubuntu@pepe:~$ grep BINFMT_AOUT /boot/config-4.15.0-5*
  /boot/config-4.15.0-50-generic:CONFIG_BINFMT_AOUT=m
  /boot/config-4.15.0-51-generic:# CONFIG_BINFMT_AOUT is not set

This was disabled in Tyler's commit 1ad79882 (UBUNTU: [Config] Disable a.out
support)
Maybe we will need to correct this in the QRT test suite.
