Bug description:
  Ubuntu mate 19.04

  Hi,

After installing the latest updates last week (linux image 5.0.0-15),
my PC and my laptop lost completely the network after the reboot. The
Network-manager fails to start on both. In the syslog, I have this
message when the network-manger is starting:

  /usr/bin/whoopsie: relocation error: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcurl-
  gnutls.so.4: symbol gnutls_srp_allocate_client_credentials version
GNUTLS_3_4 not defined in file libgnutls.so.30 with link time
  reference

These days, I reinstalled ubuntu mate 19.04 on both computers (an HP
and a Dell) several times and made all the updates. And every time,
everything worked until I installed "libcurl4-openssl-dev" and curl.
After a reboot, the network was lost again and could not be restored.
I also tried uninstalling packages and repairing dependencies.

I don't know if it's related to 5.0.0-15 version or any other patch of
the past week, but I've never had that before.

I am not an expert and I do not know where to look.

  Thanks for your help
