@phil995511, for iwlwifi, could you have a try with backport-iwlwifi- dkms from https://code.launchpad.net/~canonical-hwe-team/+archive/ubuntu /pc-oem-dkms ? This should be working on 4.x/5.x kernels you have. Please make sure the corresponding dkms module has being compiled and installed with `dkms status` command. If not, please do `sudo dkms install backport-iwlwifi/7858 -k $(uname -r)` to (re-)install it and paste error logs and dmesg if any thing wrong.
For bluetooth, I need you to completely power off your laptop and capture the dmesg log when booted at the first time.
