@phil995511, for iwlwifi, could you have a try with backport-iwlwifi-
dkms from https://code.launchpad.net/~canonical-hwe-team/+archive/ubuntu
/pc-oem-dkms ? This should be working on 4.x/5.x kernels you have.
Please make sure the corresponding dkms module has being compiled and
installed with `dkms status` command. If not, please do `sudo dkms
install backport-iwlwifi/7858 -k $(uname -r)` to (re-)install it and
paste error logs and dmesg if any thing wrong.

For bluetooth, I need you to completely power off your laptop and
capture the dmesg log when booted at the first time. This will trigger
bluetooth driver to try reloading bluetooth firmware, and then we will
be able to know what's missing.
