Title:
  cpuset_exclusive in controllers from ubuntu_ltp failed on C P9

Status in ubuntu-kernel-tests:
  In Progress
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in linux source package in Cosmic:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  This issue was only spotted on node Baltar (P9)

  This is caused by the return value in:
    $ cat /sys/devices/system/node/has_normal_memory
    0,8

  The test was trying to use do arithmetic operation with it, but didn't
  expect to get a return value with a comma in it.

  <<<test_start>>>
  tag=cpuset_exclusive stime=1562844139
  cmdline="       cpuset_exclusive_test.sh"
  contacts=""
  analysis=exit
  <<<test_output>>>
  incrementing stop
  /opt/ltp/testcases/bin/cpuset_exclusive_test.sh: 36:
/opt/ltp/testcases/bin/cpuset_funcs.sh: arithmetic expression: expecting EOF:
"0,8 + 1"
  <<<execution_status>>>
  initiation_status="ok"
  duration=0 termination_type=exited termination_id=2 corefile=no
  cutime=0 cstime=0
  <<<test_end>>>

  Not sure if this is a test case issue, or if we should see a comma in
  /sys/devices/system/node/has_normal_memory
