With Bionic upstream stable patchset 2019-07-12 (bug 1836426) applied in
Bionic master-next, which brings upstream commit b2d35fa (selftests: add
headers_install to lib.mk) and break some test compilations in selftests.
== Fixes ==
* 7e0cf1c9 (selftests/powerpc: Fix Makefiles for headers_install change)
Note that the patch in bug 1836715 needs to be applied first.
== Test ==
Patch tested on a Power9 node "baltar", test can be complied successfully.
== Regression Potential ==
Low, it just fixes the compilation for testing tools.
