Bug description:
  SRU Request:

  [Impact]
The nvidia packages in Ubuntu 18.04 do not support recent NVIDIA GPUs.
([10de:2191][10de:1f91][10de:1c91]

  [Test Case]
  1) Enable the bionic-proposed repository, and install the nvidia-430 package

  2) Restart and see if the system boots correctly. If unsure, please
  attach your /var/log/gpu-manager.log and /var/log/Xorg.0.log

  [Regression Potential]
Low, the packages are already in Eoan.
