kernel
CONFIG_IPV6_ROUTER_PREF
IPv6: Router Preference (RFC4191) support
CONFIG_IPV6_OPTIMISTIC_DAD
IPv6: Enable RFC 4429 Optimistic DAD (EXPERIMENTAL)
