Bug description:
A message "BUG: non-zero pgtables_bytes on freeing mm: -16384"
occurs frequently during IPL of Ubuntu 18.04.1 and 18.04.2 and also
periodically appear very often on the console device after the IPL
has finished, which is very annoying.
See the output of the dmesg and journalctl -b commands are attached.
Both versions 18.04.1 and 18.04.2 use the same kernel:
root@m83lp37:~# uname -a
Linux m83lp37 4.15.0-58-generic #64-Ubuntu SMP Tue Aug 6 11:12:03 UTC 2019
s390x s390x s390x GNU/Linux
root@m83lp37:~#
The problem appears on LPAR as well as on a z/VM guest.
