  unusual,ubuntu consume so much power

Bug description:
  i have DELL G3 with Intel® Core™ i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz × 8 with 24GB of ram 
and usual the power go down after 3h or maybe more (3h work of course ) but now 
it go down after 1h30min (without doing anything)
  it consume much power even when it's in  sleep. please help (the battery go 
down after 4h30min in windows) but like i said usual it go down in 3h or more 
of work in ubuntu

  it's ubuntu 16.04.6 with the configuration :
      -Ram : 23,4 GiB
      -Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz × 8 
      -Graphics: Intel® HD Graphics (Coffeelake 3x8 GT2) 
      -Base system: Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS 64-bit
      -Disque: 492,1 GB (HDD)
