Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
This was also the case in Ubuntu 9.10
Every time i suspend the laptop, weather it's by hotkey or closing the lid.
Every time i resume, the webcam activates (The green light next to the build in
webcam turns on). The only way i have found to turn it off is to open a webcam
application and then exit the application to turn the webcam back off. The
laptop is a Asus K50I, and the webcam is using the UVC drivers.
