Enable Integrated Sensor Hub (ISH) driver for Comet lake platform
CML-U ISH device_ID is: 02fc

Target Release: 19.10
Target Kernel: 5.1
[Test case]
Boot the kernel on a CML machine and check that the ISH driver is used.

none, it just adds a device id for ISH
