applied into Disco / Eoan, you can check if the proposed kernel can fix the
issue for you.

Sony Dualshock 4 controller not working when connected via bluetooth

Bug description:
The Sony Dualshock 4 controller used to work fine in Ubuntu, both when
connected via wire and bluetooth. However, after upgrading from Ubuntu
19.04 to 19.10, the controller is no longer working via bluetooth.
Wired USB connection does still work. Bluetooth pairing works, but no
joystick device is found. The mousepad on the controller is not
working either. dmesg shows:

According to the links above, there is a patch for this bug. I would
be happy if it made its way to Ubuntu.
