Bug description:
1. Using Ubuntu 19.10
2. Shutdown system
3. System get stuck at the windows with this messages:
i2c_designware i2c_designware.0: controller timed out
i2c_designware i2c_designware.0: controller timed out
i2c_designware i2c_designware.0: controller timed out
i2c_hid i2c-MSFT0001:00: failed to change power setting.
i2c_designware i2c_designware.0: controller timed out
It might not be related to the shutdown not happening, still that's the only
clue I have.
