You have been subscribed to a public bug: the booting problem was sometimes solved by turn the laptop off and wait for few minutes to turn it on again. but it was not always worked. my laptop was preinstalled with windows 8 and upgraded into windows 10. then i chosed to erased all data and install ubuntu 18
