Bug description:
[Impact]
A new Dell platform using DPCD aux to adjust the brightness, we need to
backport some patches which are still under discussing.
[Fix]
Here is the patchset we need.

[Test]
Verified on new Dell platform which use DPCD aux to adjust brightness and
also others which using pwm to adjust brightness, no regression found.
[Regression Potential]
Low, the new DPCD method only taken effect on the platforms which are listed
in the quirk.
