  cpufreq: no or unknown cpufreq driver

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Not sure where this goes, but no cpufreq driver is available in 19.10
  or 20.04 on AMD CPUs. I'm not sure why this is happening, but no
  cpufreq driver gets loaded.
