  Sleep doesn't work on my ThinkPad X1 Yoga with Kubuntu 20.04

Bug description:
  Sleep button doesn't work at all, and when I close the lid, the screen
  goes black, but there's a cursor, and it doesn't respond.  Had to
  force shut down.
