Title:
disable ENA ethernet driver on snapdragon

Status in linux-snapdragon package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress
Status in linux-snapdragon source package in Bionic:
  Fix Committed
Status in linux-snapdragon source package in Disco:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
There is no need to build the Amazon ENA ethernet driver for
  snapdragon.

  Unset CONFIG_ENA_ETHERNET in {bionic,disco}/snapdragon.

And in bionic this allows CONFIG_DIMLIB to be unset (but not for
Disco, as other drivers also use DIMLIB there).
