Bug description:
I am a relative newbie, so, on automatic upgrade to kernel 2.6.38-13-generic
I failed to receive a operative GUI. In the past I have been having issues with
the Nvidia driver. Via command line, remove Nvidia driver binary (from Nvidia
website) and installed Nvidia-current from repositories. Upon reboot, first
time in weeks (since starting Nvidia issue) Unity started and 'crash report'
reported weather applet not working properly.
The good news . . . Nvidia driver issue resolved. Thanks.
