3) My bluetooth mouse(Surface Precision Mouse) wheel is not working
after suspended. It's working fine at first. This phenomenon occurs
after suspended. It's not only for pc suspended but also mouse power
on/off. Both the mouse cursor and click are normal. Only the wheels do
not work.
