@Kai-Heng Feng (kaihengfeng) I needed "intel_pstate=disable" for
frequency scaling, anyway I tried remove it as you suggest and now it's
been 10-15 minutes my fan is at full-speed non stop and I can't control
the frequency now. It's way worse than before, I can hear the fan out
loud and there's a hot air coming out. I'm gonna put
"intel_pstate=disable" back. If you have other advice, I'm open to try.

  After upgrade to the latest kernel, fan gets very loud and always ON
  whenever on AC power. I tried to use battery power and my fan work
  just fine, sometimes ON on heavy tasks and then OFF again, but on AC
  power even on idle, the fan is ON and gets quite loud. Happened after
  I've updated to the latest kernel yesterday.
